A group of anarchists in West Philadelphia tried to buy a house to turn into a community center, but they were outbid by an investor. They say it\’s caused by gentrification, but the residents of the area say the anarchists themselves, who are mostly white, are causing gentrification. The anarchists\’ plan, though, sounds really cool.
