• Brookstone\’s selling a super-sized remote control. Is this like those large print books for blind people? Why are blind people watching TV anyway?

  • I\’m leaving this Saturday for a vacation to China. It\’s gonna be sweet. This time we\’re visiting the Three Gorges dam, Chongqing, Chengdu, and the Huangshan mountains. I have all my camera gear ready, loaded my iPod with songs. Also picked up a Hyperdrive to store my photos on. No more carrying around my laptop. This trip\’s gonna rock.

  • This is the coolest shirt I\’ve ever seen.

  • Creepy Victorian post-mortem photos. Like in The Others.

  • The DS-Xtreme is a cool new media enhancer for the Nintendo DS. It looks like it\’s the simplest, easiest to use mod chip yet. It shows up as a drive when you hook it up to your computer through its tiny USB port. Then you just drag and drop roms or mp3s (it also has a media player) onto it. Other mod chips require a gamecard to bypass the DS, then another cartridge for the actual media.

    Here\’s a full review.

  • A Russian web designer took a trip to North Korea and took a lot of pictures. It looks like the most depressing place in the world. There\’s no cars, everyplace looks deserted, and it doesn\’t look like the sun ever comes out. And on a related note, here\’s more info about the triangular hotel you see in some of his pics.

  • This site has a big collection of Conan O\’Brien bumper art, those pictures that appear before and after commercials.
