So I finally got the And All That Could Have Been DVD today. I was so excited about finding one(I went to 3 stores and all were sold out) that I bought it before checking which version it was. So it turns out to be the Dolby Digital version, but I wanted the DTS version. Now I don\’t know whether I should just open it and watch it, or wait till Circuit City gets more in stock and try to exchange it for the DTS version.

The worst jobs of 2001.
BOUNCER: PRO-Good looking women all around you. CON-Jealous, drunk boyfriends like to start stuff with the big bouncer by sucker punching him. PRO-Good music playing and lots of excitement your whole shift. CON-Standing in the corner for 8-10 hours and hearing the same songs over and over and over again.
RADIO STATION GOFER: I have five bosses that are constantly contradicting each other, so I never know what to do to that will please everyone. This whole place smells like cheese and feet, and some of my co-workers are just plain disgusting in their personal hygiene.
Geez, and I thought my job sucked.

Mayhem at Cybercafes Shakes a Town in California
On Dec. 30, Phuong Huu Ly, 20, died after he was stabbed in the head with a screwdriver in the parking lot outside the PC Cafe, one of more than 20 cybercafes that have opened in the last three years…
Once again, some people take video games way too seriously. I\’ve never been to a cybercafe and I\’m certainly not going to one now.

Some dude created a red/blue 3d version of Quake 2. I don\’t know where to get 3d glasses, otherwise I\’d try it out and see how big a headache I can get.

Today at Carl\’s Jr. I got free fries with my lunch. Not just one or two that fell in the bag, a whole order of them. I guess someone made a mistake. I quickly left the store before I got caught. Anyway, that made my day. It felt kind of cool, like when you get an extra McNugget and you feel like you\’re ripping off McDonald\’s and sticking it to the Man. Yeah. Power to the people.

Forget the story, that guy has the greatest name in the world. -

I could watch this clock all day just to see the numbers change. Reminds me of that Simpsons episode where Homer does the voice for Poochie the dog:
Homer: Is this cartoon going on the air live?
June: No, Homer. Very few cartoons are broadcast live, it\’s a terrible strain on the animators\’ wrists.[ From Evhead ]
