I just finished reading Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk (who also wrote Fight Club). I really liked it. It\’s about the last surviving member of a cult who\’s transformed into a media superstar. And he\’s dictating his life story into the cockpit voice recorder of a plane that\’s about to crash. It\’s really fast paced and it throws a lot of stuff at you at once. That\’s the kind of stuff I wanna read.

Went to the Block last night with some friends from the dorm last year and we saw What Lies Beneath. I didn\’t really want to see it, but there was nothing else good playing. The movie turned out to be ok. Lots of cheap scares. The previews and trailers for the movie pretty much gave away the whole plot.
