Finally finished with all my homework. Time to get, er, 4 hours of sleep. Damn.

Ugh, just spend 5 hours in the computer lab doing the documentation for my stupid AI homework. And I\’m still not done! Looks like no sleep for Evan tonight.

This is neat, a portable mp3 player that uses those cool IBM MicroDrives. The only problem is, the mp3 player is ugly as hell! What the hell were the designers thinking! They must\’ve been smoking some really bad crack. And it\’s not bad enough that it looks like a Star Trek phaser, it looks like a cheap Chinese knock-off of a children\’s version of a Star Trek phaser! If I ever walk around carrying one of those I\’d have to shoot myself.

I wouldn\’t mind helping build a spacecraft. All I ask in return is a ride around the earth.

Anyway, Vik Trola\’s Lounge of Self Indulgence has everything you could possibly want to know about lounge music and culture. The Roots of Lounge has a history of lounge music for all you hepcats out there. And finally, Tiki News zine is dedicated to preserving South Seas Polynesian Pop of the 50s through 70s. Swingin\’!
