An analysis of Star Wars DVD bootlegs. Apparently the pirates just copied the laserdisc version onto DVD. Well, I guess people who must have Star Wars on DVD might want bootlegs, but from the screenshots, it seems to me the DVDs are much worse than VHS.

The professor for my AI class looks like the Unabomber. He also looks like Charles Manson. Then again, guys with shaggy beards all look the same to me. These are things I notice when I\’m bored in class.

This is what we found when my roommate and I searched for \”Ghetto fabulous\” in Yahoo(we didn\’t know what it means – sorry, we\’re not as, uh, ghetto as some people out there). Nice animated gif.

My roommate finally brought a TV for our dorm room. I\’m never going to study now. Not that I studied that much before, but now I\’m going to be studying even less than that. I have cream eggs.

So we went into the tunnels last night. We entered through the basement of a building. We headed towards the back, turned a corner, and suddenly there was a long tunnel sloping downwards, big pipes on the right and thick bundles of cables on the left. The tunnels went all around campus, and there was usually another tunnel leading into each of the schools. However, those tunnels usually had a locked gate we couldn\’t get around. It was still very cool though, seeing another side of UCI. There was a long room right in the middle of the tunnels that came out of nowhere. It was totally empty, frat graffiti covering the walls. We didn\’t find anything cool like 100 year old wine or pirate booty. The automatic machine guns made up for it though. Just kidding, they were semi-auto.

Damn, another boring Saturday night. Although I hear we\’re gonna try to get into the tunnels again. (See journal for clarification). If I don\’t make any more posts, I was probably eaten by a C.H.U.D. Or I just got bored with this site.

The real story behind the rocket car legend. The article\’s a good read, kept me occupied for 2 hours during work last summer. I have to admit, though, I fell for the original urban legend first time I read it. It just seems like something a slightly-smarter-than-average frat boy would do.
